Hand-embroidered altar cloth or wall hanging made by an artisan from the Shipibo-Conibo tribe in the Amazon Rainforest, Peru. Wool embroidery on cotton cloth with representations of a hummingbird and flower, measuring approx. 26 3/4"wide x 21" tall. Shipibo embroidered designs are based on their Ayahuasca-inspired medicine songs--"Icaros." These are handmade and there may be small natural imperfections, this one has no significant flaws.
