How Much Does Shipping Cost? What Shipping Methods do you use?
We offer $10.00 flat-rate shipping on all orders and free shipping on all orders over $70.00. If you select flat-rate shipping or if your order totals more than $70.00 we will select the most economical shipping method available (currently we ship via USPS or UPS). The site will also calculate (and allow you to select) actual shipping charges via UPS and USPS, in some cases the calculated charges will be lower than the flat rate charge. This allows you to save money on lighter items or to select a preferred or expedited service.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you ship to destinations outside of the U.S.?
We do not currently ship to addresses outside of the U. S. We do ship orders to all 50 states and to Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We will be expanding our shipping services to include Canada and additional countries in the near future!

All orders received by 2:00 p.m. EST on weekdays (excluding postal holidays) ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on weekdays and orders placed on weekends ship on the next business day. UPS ground transit times range from 1 business day for destinations in New England to 5 business days for destinations on the West Coast. USPS Priority Mail and First Class Package transit times range from 1 to 4 business days. Expedited services display transit times next to each selection.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address? Can I specify that my order is a gift?
Yes! The checkout process allows you to easily ship to an address other than your billing address. A checkout question allows you to specify that the order is a gift, we will not include pricing on the order slip. You can also include a gift message in the "order comments" textbox and we will include the message on the order slip.
How do I access previously ordered items?
Your account page provides access to your previous orders and you can add previously ordered items to a new cart by clicking on the"reorder" link next to any order in your order history. If a previously ordered item is out of stock or discontinued it will not be added to a cart and you will instead see a message. Orders are listed by date and by order number.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. If you would like to purchase an item using a check or money order, please call or email us to make arrangements and we will hold the item(s) for you until your payment is received. Orders are shipped upon receipt of money orders but we hold orders paid for by personal checks for up to 5 business days after receipt.
Do you collect sales tax on orders shipped to Massachusetts?
Yes, we must collect sales tax on orders shipped to Massachusetts.
What is your backorder policy?
We maintain a real-time inventory: all items on the site are in stock and we do not accept backorders. Please contact us if you are interested in an item that was previously displayed on the site, we are happy to provide information about future availability/estimated arrival of resupply.
What is your minimum order amount?
We maintain a minimum order threshold of $15.00.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund (excluding shipping charges). If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us by email at customerservice@shamanfriends.com or call us at 877-480-2156 and we will be happy to arrange a return or an exchange for you. Please pack items to be returned carefully. Returned items that arrive damaged, used, or not in original packaging will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the items. We will refund your shipping costs for the return of any items that have been sent in error.
What is your privacy policy?
At Shaman Friends we respect the privacy of our customers and we do not sell or share your information under any circumstances. We will not contact you with information about new products or promotions unless you choose that option on the checkout page, and you can deselect it at any time.

Registered users are responsible for keeping their account information confidential to prevent unauthorized use. By using this site you agree to assume all responsibility for any and all activities associated with the usage of of this site through your registered account.
