We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. All orders placed by 2 p.m. EST Monday through Friday ship the same day, orders placed after 2 p.m. EST are shipped on the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate.

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Shaman Things reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

We maintain a real-time inventory and items that are not in stock cannot be added to a cart. Most out-of-stock items are not displayed on the site, but in some cases we may continue to display an item that is not currently available. Those items are clearly noted as "not in stock" and an expected arrival date of resupply is also noted. In the unlikely event that an inventory error allows the sale of an out-of-stock item we will contact you promptly to arrange for a refund and to advise you about the arrival of resupply.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund (excluding shipping charges). If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us by email or call us and we will be happy to arrange a return or an exchange for you. Please pack items to be returned carefully. Returned items that arrive damaged, used, or not in original packaging will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the items. We will refund your shipping costs for the return of any items that have been sent in error. 

Shaman Things will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Massachusetts. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Shaman Things shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Shaman Things shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Shaman Friends will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price plus any shipping charges that have been paid.
