Shipibo Hand Embroidered Tapestry Altar Cloth Ayahuasca 18 1/2 x 23 1/2 Peru

Hand-embroidered altar cloth or wall hanging made by an artisan from the Shipibo-Conibo tribe in the Amazon Rainforest, Peru. Wool embroidery on cotton cloth with representations of flowers and vines, measuring approx. 18 1/2" x 23 1/2". Shipibo embroidered designs are based on their Ayahuasca-inspired medicine songs--"Icaros." These are handmade and there may be small natural imperfections, this one has no significant flaws.
