Large Folk Art carved gourd with jungle animal, birds and trees, hand carved in the Sacred Valley, Peru. Intricately detailed carved gourd, approx. 4 3/4" tall and 5 1/4" in diameter at widest point. The mate gourd grows on a climbing plant in the dry warm regions of the Andes.
